As random as ever

Well, here I am at the Lion & Rose... all because I wanted free wifi ;)

The dinner was pretty good, if expensive. They probably appreciated being spared the confusion of our not wanting menus, as it usually happens. That sentence came out goofy... alas.

I can't believe I may only have a week and a half left in San Antonio. Bizarre! I think I'm going to leave about the same time as Lisa does, because I have to go home for stuff that weekend now, and I'd rather not drive home, drive back here, and then drive back home again five days later.... especially with gas prices as they are.

When I open my mouth, the wrong words always come out. It's ridiculous. I can be expressing the most innocent thought, and it comes out sounding like I'm being mean, or perverted, or whatever. As has happened multiple times just this evening. And, the whole "we do girl scouts" comment that I said multiple times at APO stuff. I should never be president. As much as I make fun of those Bushisms, it'd be pretty deserved for me to be mocked just as much. Oh well. At least it entertains people :)

OK, enough posting for now :)

"Maybe they made her a real person."

It amuses me a lot.

What can I say.... I have a way with words.

So, when you call me 'slutty mcwhoresalot,' you're really being kind and innocent? :-P

Well, no - I was referring to when this inadvertently occurs.

You actually got menus? You ruined the cycle! Shame!
:P

Also, I would make some dirty comment about that GS comment of yours...but I feel above that at the moment.

And they didn't even seat us in some remote corner, either. Apparently our booth had an outlet, but I never bothered to find it.

Wow, 'foot-in-mouth' syndrome is rampant! I have a virulent case, as well. Though I tend to be in my own world and don't realize that people can't read my mind and the mad jumps I take from one word to the other. le sigh.

I tend to have that problem, as well. Most everything I say seems to be completely random and unrelated to anything that preceded it, until I explain the myriad paths of thought that got me there.
