In which I continue to slack (sort of)

It's amazing.... how I continue to be as slackerish as possible. I mean, I guess this mainly manifests itself in a bit of a lack of sleep the night before I have classes, since I do generally do all of my work. But, it would be nice to get it done early once in a while, maybe have some time to ponder things on a more than surface-deep level. Maybe I'm just a shallow person ;).

I'm sort of feeling cosmically off-balance, whatever the heck that means, as well as missing home, friends and family. But you know, it was about time for a random weekend-of-depression, so it's all good. Also, stayed up until 7 AM Friday night/Saturday morning, which was entertaining.

Choir on Sunday morning seemed to have been designed intentionally to upset/embarass/torture me, but such is life.

In exciting news, I have two and a half hours of good TV coming up, and then it's hitting the books for real for a few hours to get that Plautus finished off.

*Now, off to collect my hopefully dry laundry. And yes... the asterisk indicates that the sentence is, perhaps, grammatically incorrect -- because I don't like that usage of 'hopefully', useful as it is.

I had an "off-balance" week last week, myself...I got depressed and upset about all kinds of things - from not being able to find the sneakers I wanted to wear to work to Stephen's cell phone repeatedly dying in the middle of conversations...fun stuff, I tell you!

And I want to hear more about this torture that is Sunday morning choir! ;)
